Bee Sweet Like Honey!

We collaborated with Bee Gluten-Free to make a specialized "Honey processed coffee"

Honey processing is a hybrid method where the coffee cherry’s skin is removed, but the sticky, sweet mucilage is left on the bean as it dries. The result sits beautifully between the bright clarity of washed coffee and the rich, fruity sweetness of natural process, often delivering complex, syrupy, and deeply sweet flavors.
