September has a way of bringing us back to our routines.

School is back in session. Mornings get a little busier. The days slowly get shorter. And before long, those cool Wisconsin mornings start making that first hot cup of coffee feel even better.

At Burlington Coffee Company, we think a better morning can start with something pretty simple: a really good cup of coffee.

We're proud to roast our coffee locally in Burlington, Wisconsin.

For us, coffee isn't just another product sitting on a shelf. We get to see the process from beginning to end, from the green coffee arriving at our roastery, to carefully roasting each batch, to the finished coffee being packaged and sent out for someone to enjoy.

There's something special about knowing where your coffee comes from and knowing that the people roasting it are part of the same community you call home.

A great roast starts long before the beans ever enter our roaster.

We focus on organic coffees with their own unique origins, characteristics and flavors. Then we work to develop roast profiles that bring those qualities to life in the cup.

Whether you prefer something light and approachable, rich and dark, or you're reaching for decaf, our goal remains the same: create coffee that you'll genuinely look forward to brewing tomorrow morning.

Because good coffee doesn't need to be complicated.

It just needs to be good.

Freshness You Can See

One of our favorite parts of Burlington Coffee Company is being able to show you what happens behind the bag.

You'll see green coffee.

You'll see our roaster running.

You'll see freshly roasted beans hitting the cooling tray.

You'll see us grinding, packaging and preparing orders.

We want you to know more about the coffee you're drinking—not because coffee needs to feel intimidating, but because understanding the process makes a great cup even more interesting.
